Our most important “Term and Condition” is that you have an amazing time at The Bluffs and enjoy your stay as much as we do! Beyond this most essential detail, please see the information below.

Check-in: after 3:00 pm
Check-out: at or before 10:00 am

No pets (unless pre-approved)

Booking Deposit: 50% due upon booking
Total remainder payment: due 30 days prior to Check-in

Security Deposit: Will be refunded within 30 days of the Check-out Date, provided no deductions are made due to:

  • damage caused to the property or furnishings

  • dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning

  • any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay

Cancellation Policy: We encourage all Guests to purchase traveler insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances, accidents or other issues that may prohibit Guests from traveling or fulfilling rental terms.

If Guests wish to cancel the reservation, the Deposit and Rental Fee will be refunded as follows:

  • 100% Security Deposit refunded in full if canceled prior to Check-in

  • 50% Deposit refunded if canceled 120 days prior to Check-in

  • 25% Deposit refunded if canceled 90 days prior to Check-in

  • 0% Deposit refunded if canceled 60 days prior to Check-in

  • 0% Total payment refunded if canceled 30 days prior to Check-in
